Review on mechanical properties and fatigue life of power battery packs
摘要
Abstract
Power battery packs are crucial components of the powertrain of new energy vehicles.Research of their mechanical performance and fatigue life,two important factors affecting driving range,safety,and service life,therefore,holds significant significance.This paper reviews the research in this field,analyzes core technologies for improving battery pack safety and mechanical performance through finite element model development,static mechanical performance,dynamic mechanical performance,and vibration life prediction.Challenges still exist in multi-physical-field coupling modeling,high-precision simulation under complex conditions,and fatigue damage analysis of nonlinear materials.Future research may integrate deep learning and multi-objective optimization algorithms and strengthen real-vehicle working condition verification to address the fatigue failure risks of power battery packs under dynamic loads.This paper may provide some insights into the safety design,life prediction and reliability optimization of power battery packs.关键词
