考虑颗粒反弹的瓷绝缘子表面积污模型及影响因素研究
Pollution Accumulation Model of Porcelain Insulator Considering Particle Rebound and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
The accumulation of pollution on the surface of insulators will reduce their insulation perform-ance,and obtaining the accumulation pattern of pollution on the surface of porcelain insulator is of great significance for the operation and maintenance of transmission lines.Considering the collision and re-bound process of pollution particles on the surface of the insulator,a multi-physical field coupling pollu-tion accumulation model for porcelain insulator was established.The model was compared with the colli-sion adhesion model,and the influence of different factors on pollution accumulation was analyzed to study the deposition of pollution particles on the surface of the insulator.The results shows that an in-crease in particle size,applied voltage,and relative humidity are conducive to particle deposition.More-over,the influence of DC voltage on the pollution accumulation is greater than that of AC voltage.When the DC positive polarity voltage increases from 5 kV to 55 kV,the number of adhered particles increases by 86%,while under AC voltage,it increases by 24%.The number of adhesive particles increases first and then decreases with the increase of wind speed.CaSO4 is easier to deposit on the insulator than SiO2 particles.The insulator with RTV coating is less prone to fouling.关键词
