Abstract

Fractional-order components greatly enrich and develop the existing circuit theory,and show better performance and stronger robustness in circuits,but the realization of fractional-order single de-vices has not been effectively solved.A method of solid fractional-order capacitors made of Carbon Nanotubes(CNT)/Carbon powders(C)as filler and silicone rubber as matrix is proposed.Firstly,the impedance model of Fractional order capacitor(FOC)is established based on the fractional-order mat-ter equation and Maxwell equations,and the frequency domain relation of the dielectric constant of FOC is discussed.Then,FOC samples were prepared using copper plate as capacitor plate.The test results show that the characteristic frequency bands of CNT-FOC and C-FOC are 800 Hz-2 MHz and 10 kHz-1 MHz,respectively,and the order of realization is 0.884±0.01 and 0.89±0.017 respectively.Final-ly,a fractional-order LC oscillator circuit is constructed,and the practicability of the FOC is verified by simulation and experiment.The results show that both CNT and C can be used to construct broadband fractional-order characteristics,and the mechanism is attributed to the interface polarization effect and the micro-capacitance structure model.Compared with C,CNT's excellent structural properties broaden its fractional-order characteristics to lower frequencies,and it is excellent in phase Angle stability.Through simulation and experiment,the output voltage of the LC oscillator is stable at the resonant fre-quency of 1.49 MHz.At the same time,compared with RC-equivalent networks,CNT-FOC is smaller and easier to use in practice.
