关于新型电力系统技术发展的思考
Thoughts on the Development of New Power System Technologies

Abstract
[Objective]Under the carbon neutrality target,it is urgent to resolve the contradiction between the increasing scale of renewable energy grid integration and the maintenance of power system security and stability.It is necessary to propose key elements and evolutionary patterns of a new power system,analyze its evolutionary characteristics,and explore its evolutionary path based on emerging power system technologies.[Methods]Firstly,the key factors and development patterns of energy power system are discussed,and a three-layer technological innovation model supporting the new power system is proposed;then,the evolution patterns of the contradiction between ensuring supply,ensuring safety,and promoting consumption in the development process of the new power system is analyzed;finally,the main issues and evolutionary pathways for source-grid-load-storage,transmission-distribution-microgrids,and dispatching-trading systems are proposed.[Results]The new power system is shifting from a scale-driven paradigm to a dual-drive model combining scale and technology.The risk associated with the"two guarantees and one promotion"in the power system will increase as the proportion of new energy generation continues to rise.[Conclusions]The relevant conclusions can provide a scientific basis for the development of new energy,transmission technology,distribution and microgrids,power dispatch,and power market technology in the construction of future new power systems,thereby facilitating its secure and efficient advancement.关键词
