数字时代超大平台权力的兴起及其治理逻辑
The Rise of Super-platform Power in the Digital Era and Its Governance Logic

Abstract
In the digital age,numerous super-platforms have deeply penetrated people's daily lives and reshaped the power landscape of modern society.By constructing an analytical framework of"power generation—power characteristics—power risks—power prevention",this study attempts to decon-struct the new phenomenon of super-platform power,explore the evolution of super-platforms from market forces to power subjects and their socio-politi-cal implications,and seek effective governance pathways.The study analyzes the generation mechanism of platform power,pointing out that its logical starting point lies in the devolution of governmental public power and individual private rights,its foundational condition rests in the deep integration of capital subjects and digital technology,and its important means depends on the infrastructuralization of platforms and the platformization of infrastruc-ture.Furthermore,the study distills the core characteristics of platform power—ambiguous boundaries,diffuse structure,and concealed operation—and systematically elaborates on the three major challenges posed by its power expansion to user rights,market order,and government regulation.Based on this,the study proposes that,in terms of governance approaches,a three-dimensional defense system for user rights should be constructed,reconstruc-tive repair of market order should be explored,and disruptive innovation in government regulatory paradigms should be advanced.In the long run,gov-ernance should focus on"guidance and direction"for digital platforms and the construction of incentive mechanisms for"technology for good".关键词
