常规纯音听阈正常耳鸣人群相关耳蜗亚临床损伤特征探究
Exploration of characteristics of tinnitus-related cochlear subclinical lesions in populations with normal conventional pure-tone audiometry

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the audiological characteristics of tinnitus patients with normal pure tone audiometry(PTA).METHODS A total of 52 patients with unilateral tinnitus(52 ears),28 patients with bilateral tinnitus(56 ears),and 50 non-tinnitus normal controls(100 ears),all with normal PTA were enrolled.All participants underwent extended high frequency audiometry(EHFA),distortion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAE),auditory brainstem response(ABR),and electrocochleography(ECochG)tests.The differences in each indicator were compared among the three groups.RESULTS Significant differences were observed among the three groups in EHFA thresholds at 10-18 kHz and the elicitation rates at 18 kHz and 20 kHz(P<0.05).There were significant differences in DPOAE elicitation rates at 3-8 kHz among the three groups(P<0.05).Additionally,significant differences were found in ABR wave I amplitude,V/I amplitude ratio,and-SP/AP ratio among the three groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION EHFA,DPOAE,ABR,and ECochG can provide reference value for assessing cochlear subclinical lesions in tinnitus patients with normal PTA.关键词
