Abstract

Bisphenol A(BPA)is a type of bisphenol(BPs)compound containing two hydroxyphenyl groups,which is recognized as a typical endocrine-disrupting chemical.It is widely used in food packaging materials,bottle caps,tableware,water pipes,epoxy coatings on the inner walls of metal cans and other products.During daily use,BPA can migrate and separate from human-contact materials such as plastic containers and epoxy coatings of metal cans,resulting in bioaccumulation in human body and causing adverse impacts on human health.Therefore,it is of great significance to realize high-sensitivity and high-selectivity detection of BPA.Among various existing detection methods,electrochemical detection technology has attracted extensive attention due to its high detection sensitivity and fast response speed.This paper reviews the construction strategies and performance optimization methods of various BPA electrochemical sensors in recent years,and summarizes the latest research progress of such sensors in food and environmental detection fields.In view of the technical bottlenecks existing in practical applications,feasible solutions and future development directions are proposed,aiming to provide theoretical support and technical reference for the design and development of novel BPA electrochemical sensors,and promote the research and development of low-cost,high-precision and high-compatibility electrochemical sensors.Finally,the challenges faced in this field and its future development prospects are discussed.
