微流控技术在居家核酸检测中的应用进展
Application Progress of Microfluidics in In-house Nucleic Acid Testing

Abstract
Currently,nucleic acid testing is primarily used in hospitals,typically requiring specialized personnel using specialized equipment.With the increasing integration of microfluidics,the development of isothermal nucleic acid amplification,and a growing demand for a healthier lifestyle,nucleic acid testing at home has attracted increasing attention in recent years.Patients can now use microfluidic chips to conduct self-health tests at home,using the samples such as blood,saliva,urine,and stool.Current in-house nucleic acid testing covers common respiratory viruses human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),human papilloma virus(HPV),hepatitis,and digestive tract viruses.At the same time,in-house nucleic acid testing based on microfluidics is also suitable for remote areas lacking basic medical facilities.This study reviewed the current microfluidics techniques for nuclei acid home testing,sample types,amplification techniques,and examples of microfluidics in-house nucleic acid testing.This review also summarized the requirements and technical barriers for microfluidics in in-house nucleic acid testing and prospected the future development direction of in-house nucleic acid testing based on microfluidic techniques.关键词
