Abstract

A magnetic bile acid surface molecularly imprinted polymer(BA-SMIPs)was synthesized via a one-pot method using deoxycholic acid(DCA)as the template molecule,acrylamide(AM)as the functional monomer,and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as the cross-linker,with iron(III)chloride hexahydrate(FeCl3·6H2O)and iron(II)chloride tetrahydrate(FeCl2·4H2O)serving as magnetic sources.The material was structurally characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Its adsorption kinetics,isothermal adsorption characteristics,selectivity,and reusability were systematically evaluated.The results demonstrated that under optimized synthesis conditions(Molar ratio:DA∶AM∶EGDMA=1∶4∶30),BA-SMIPs achieved a saturated adsorption capacity of 31.47 mg/g toward the template.The adsorption behavior conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,indicating that monolayer chemisorption was the predominant mechanism.Selectivity experiments revealed that the material exhibited significant specific recognition capability for bile acid analogs,with an imprinting factor of 2.64.After eight consecutive adsorption-desorption cycles,the adsorption performance remained 94%of its initial level,showing no significant degradation and demonstrating excellent structural stability and reusability.This method offered advantages including high selectivity,operational simplicity,and reusability,providing a reliable technical reference for the targeted enrichment and analysis of bile acid profiles in complex biological matrices,with promising application potential in biomedical research.
