Abstract
To accelerate the global shipping industry's green and low-carbon transition,the selection and application of low-carbon and zero-carbon marine fuels have become the critical factor,thereby influencing the global landscape and development of the bunkering market.Based on a systematic review of the current state of the global bunkering industry,combined with an analysis of marine fuel policies,application characteristics,and development trends,this paper assesses China's bunkering landscape and demand potential and gets such judgments as China's bunkering industry is expected to follow a development trajectory characterized by a"phased,diversified,and emission-reducing"approach,gradually evolving into an integrated bunkering hub in the Yangtze River Delta,a foreign-trade-focused bunkering hub in the Pearl River Delta,and a resource-based bunkering hub in the Bohai Rim region,China's total bunkering volume is projected to reach 28 million tons,34 million tons,and 42 million tons by 2030,2040,and 2050 respectively,the volumes of LNG,biofuels,and methanol are expected to grow rapidly,while green methanol,green ammonia,green hydrogen,and other green fuels are anticipated to exhibit significant growth potential in the medium to long term.关键词
