Performance Optimization Analysis Based on Low-Temperature Economizer Combined with Secondary Air Heater

Abstract
As global climate change and environmental issues become increasingly urgent,a-chieving efficient and clean energy supply through technological innovation has emerged as a critical focus worldwide.The low-temperature economizer is a key method for utilizing flue gas waste heat.Taking the capacity expansion and retrofit of low-temperature economizer coupled air heater system of a 1 000 MW coal-fired unit as a reference,the equivalent enthal-py drop method is used to solve the problem of insufficient utilization of flue gas waste heat caused by the large lag in the regulation process.Through Matlab and Aspen Hysys soft-ware,based on Crested Porcupine Optimizer(CPO)algorithm,the flow rates of low-pres-sure economizer,air heater and the No.8 low-pressure heater are optimized in real time.The results show that compared with the original system,the optimized flue gas temperature is reduced by 2.73 ℃,the waste heat utilization of flue gas is increased by 3.09 MW,and the waste heat utilization of air heater is increased by 2.31 MW.After optimization,the reduction of power supply coal consumption is increased by 0.219 g/(kW·h),and the incre-ment of thermal efficiency is increased by 0.14%.关键词
