王素梅教授运用远志-石菖蒲药对治疗孤独症谱系障碍经验
Professor Wang Sumei's Experience in the Treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder by Using the Couplet Medicines of Radix Polygalae-Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii

Abstract
According to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a syndrome of root deficiency and branch excess.The root cause lies in congenital insufficiency,kidney essence deficiency,and malnourishment of the brain marrow.The branch manifestations include spleen failing in transportation,endogenous phlegm turbidity,hyperactivity of heart fire,and disturbance of the spirit mechanism.In clinical practice,Chinese medicine herbs that calm the spirit,benefit intelligence,resolve phlegm,and open the orifices are often used in combination and achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects.As a classic herbal pair for ASD,Radix Polygalae-Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii is widely used in clinical compound prescriptions.This paper discussed Professor Wang Sumei's clinical experience in applying this couplet medicines for ASD,as well as modern research on Radix Polygalae-Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii.One proved case was attached.It aimed to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
