基于理气化痰祛瘀法运用咽异宁汤治疗慢性咽炎临床观察
Yanyining Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Pharyngitis Based on the Method of Regulating Qi,Resolving Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yanyining decoction,formulated based on the method of regulating qi,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic pharyngitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cydiodine Buccal tablets,while the observation group was additionally given Yanyining decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores before and after treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment were compared between the two groups,and the total clinical effective rate was calculated.Results After treatment,the symptom and physical sign scores in the observation group decreased than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanyining decoction can improve the symptoms and physical signs of patients with chronic pharyngitis with good clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
