系统针刀疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察
Systematic Acupotomy Therapy in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of systematic acupotomy therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 82 patients diagnosed with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy at Langxia Town Community Health Service Center of Jinshan District,Jinshanwei Town Community Health Service Center of Jinshan District and Shanyang Town Community Health Service Center of Jinshan District from January 1,2022 to December 31,2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received traditional acupuncture and electroacupuncture,while the experimental group was treated with systematic acupotomy therapy.The changes in symptom and sign score,pain score and cervical function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom and sign score,pain score and cervical function score in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and all scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic acupotomy therapy had favorable efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,with obvious improvement in neck pain and better functional recovery.关键词
