十七味归芍合剂联合PVP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床观察
Clinical Observation on Shiqiwei Guishao Mixture Combined with Percutaneous Vertebroplasty in Treating Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shiqiwei Guishao mixture combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods A total of 60 OVCF patients who received PVP treatment at Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2024 to February 2025 were enrolled and divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent PVP,while the observation group received Shiqiwei Guishao mixture combined with PVP.The lumbar function scores,pain intensity scores,bone mineral density(BMD),and clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores in the observation group decreased significantly and were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bone mineral density values of the greater trochanter,femoral neck,and lumbar spine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shiqiwei Guishao mixture combined with PVP could improve clinical efficacyand lumbar function,alleviate pain,and enhance activities of daily living in patients with OVCF.关键词
