穴位贴敷联合盐小茴香热敷治疗轻中度AP临床观察
Acupoint Application Combined with Salted Foeniculi Fructus Hot Compress in the Treatment of Mild-to-Moderate Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of acupoint application of modified Dachengqi decoction combined with salted Foeniculi Fructus hot compress combined with Western medicine treatment on gastrointestinal function,inflammation,and medical costs in patients with mild-to-moderate acute pancreatitis(AP)based on Network Pharmacology.Methods A total of 203 patients with mild-to-moderate AP were randomly divided into two groups.In the Western medicine group,103 patients received conventional Western medical treatment.In the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,100 patients were additionally treated with acupoint application of modified Dachengqi decoction[at Shenque(CV8),Zhongwan(CV12),Tianshu(ST25),and Zusanli(ST36)]and salted Foeniculi Fructus hot compress.The gastrointestinal function,symptom relief,white blood cell(WBC)count,C-reactive protein(CRP)level,length of hospital stay,and medical expenses were compared between the two groups.Results The time to recovery of bowel sounds,passage of flatus and defecation,resumption of oral feeding,and median time to relief of abdominal pain and distension in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly shorter than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.001).White blood cell count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels on days 1 and 5 were significantly lower in the integrated treatment group(P<0.05),with shorter hospital stay and lower hospitalization costs(P<0.001).Only one patient presented with mild skin redness at the acupoint application site.Conclusion This therapeutic regimen could promote gastrointestinal function recovery,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation and medical costs,with a favorable safety profile.关键词
