自拟腰痹祛痛方联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of self-made Yaobi Qutong prescription combined with acupuncture versus conventional acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with radiculopathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation with radiculopathy who were treated in Department of Tuina of Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2024 to March 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received self-made Yaobi Qutong prescription combined with acupuncture,while the control group received conventional acupuncture only.The efficacy indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic regimen of self-made Yaobi Qutong prescription combined with acupuncture was significantly effective and had high clinical promotion value.关键词
