浮针疗法联合髌骨肌内效贴治疗髌骨软骨软化症临床观察
Fu's Subcutaneous Needling Combined with Patellar Kinesio Taping in the Treatment of Chondromalacia Patellae

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with patellar Kinesio taping in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae.Methods Eighty patients with patellar chondromalacia treated at Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received Kinesio taping,while the treatment group received Fu's subcutaneous needling on the basis of the control group.Changes in visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Kujala patellofemoral score(KPST),and Lysholm knee score(LKSS)were observed before and after treatment,as well as at the 2-month follow-up after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment and at follow-up,the VAS,LKSS and KPST scores in both groups showed significant improvements compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with Kinesio taping can effectively relieve pain and improve knee joint function in patients with patellar chondromalacia.关键词
