穴位贴敷联合补液法治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻的疗效观察
The Application of Acupoint Application Combined with Fluid Replenishment in the Treatment of Pernicious Vomiting of Pregnancy with Spleen-stomach Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint application combined with fluid replenishment on pernicious vomiting of pregnancy with spleen-stomach deficiency type.Methods A total of 72 patients with early-pregnancy pernicious vomiting of pregnancy of spleen-stomach deficiency type were enrolled from the Department of Gynecology of Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital between July 2024 and July 2025.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluid replenishment,while the study group received acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the negative conversion rate of urine ketone bodies,serum potassium and serum sodium concentrations in the study group were also higher in the study group.In addition,the study group presented lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,recurrence rate,treatment duration,and scores of the modified specialized scale for nausea and vomiting in pregnancy than the control group.All the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with fluid replenishment had a favorable therapeutic effect on pernicious vomiting of pregnancy,which can significantly shorten the treatment duration and prevent disease recurrence.关键词
