基于厚土清肠法辨证施治小儿湿疹
Treatment of Infantile Eczema Based on Syndrome Differentiation Using the Strengthening the Spleen and Clearing Intestine Method

Abstract
To further inherit and promote the essence of the characteristic diagnosis and treatment of renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,this paper systematically sorted out and studied Director Li Shujun's medical thoughts and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.It focuses on exploring his characteristic concepts and practical approaches to syndrome differentiation and treatment of infantile eczema,and summarizes two core ideas and a set of therapeutic methods as follows:Firstly,adhering to the concept of"fortifying the spleen to nourish the acquired constitution",starting with regulating the function of the spleen and stomach,strengthening the middle jiao to replenish healthy qi,so as to lay a foundation for skin health.Secondly,following the principle of"clearing the intestines to protect the skin and hair",paying attention to removing intestinal stagnation,purifying the qi activity by clearing the intestines,so as to achieve simultaneous regulation of the exterior and interior.In terms of specific therapeutic methods,modified Shenling Baizhu powder is administered orally to invigorate the spleen and eliminate dampness,combined with a self-made Chinese herbal lotion for external use to dispel wind and relieve itching.The combined internal and external treatment has achieved satisfactory efficacy.This paper elaborated on the syndrome differentiation basis,therapeutic characteristics and theoretical origin of Director Li Shujun's"strengthening the spleen and clearing intestine method",and included one typical medical case,providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
