基于网络药理学探讨养正散结饮治疗B细胞型非霍奇金淋巴瘤机制
Mechanism of Yangzheng Sanjie Drink in the Treatment of B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Based on Network Pharmacology

Abstract
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Yangzheng Sanjie drink in treating B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas(B-NHL)Based on Network Pharmacology.Methods The chemical components and targets of the prescription and the disease were obtained from databases including TCMSP and GenCards.The overlapping targets between the prescription and the disease were acquired via the Venn online platform.A PPI network was constructed using the STRING database.Biological processes and pathways were analyzed with the DAVID database.Molecular docking validation was performed using Autodock and PyMOL software.Results The core active components of Yangzheng Sanjie drink in the treatment of B-NHL were quercetin,luteolin,etc.,and the core targets include AKT1,TP53,etc.Conclusion Yangzheng Sanjie drink had potential therapeutic value against B-NHL,and most of its core active components possessed anti-tumor and immunomodulatory potential.关键词
