Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive gastric ulcer and its influence on Ghrelin and Peptide YY(PYY).Methods A total of 90 patients with Hp-positive gastric ulcer admitted to the outpatient clinic of Nanyang Zhang Zhongjing Hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction orally in addition to the conventional treatment.The efficacy,levels of Ghrelin and PYY were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ulcer healing rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Ghrelin level of the observation group was lower,while the PYY level was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with conventional treatment could effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with Hp-positive gastric ulcer,improve the ulcer healing rate and Hp eradication rate,and thus enhance the clinical efficacy.The mechanism might be related to the regulation of gastrointestinal hormone balance by Banxia Xiexin decoction.关键词
