仰卧位半悬吊定位整复手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察
Supine Semi-Hanging Positioning Manipulation in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of supine semi-hanging positioning manipulation in treating cervical spondylosis radiculopathy.Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to Nanhai Economic Development Zone People's Hospital between January 2024 and May 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with a traditional traction apparatus for a course of 4 weeks.Both experimental group A and experimental group B were treated with supine semi-suspension positioning manipulation.Among them,the treatment course was 2 weeks for group A and 4 weeks for group B.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,neck disability index(NDI)scores,and cervical curvature measurement scores were observed in the three groups.Results The experimental group A and experimental group B were overall superior to the control group in the improvement of symptom scores,VAS scores,NDI,and cervical curvature recovery(P<0.05),and the above indicators in experimental group B was better than that in experimental group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group A and experimental group B were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Supine semi-suspension positioning manipulation achieved favorable therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.A longer treatment course was more conducive to relieving pain and improving cervical function,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
