中医外治联合中药口服治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死后便秘临床观察
External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Oral Administration of Chinese Herbal Medicine in the Treatment of Constipation after Cerebral Infarction of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of constipation after cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 62 patients with constipation after cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Ganzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into an observation group(treated with acupoint application combined with auricular acupuncture on the basis of oral Huangqi decoction)and a control group(treated with oral Huangqi decoction)using a random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The effect of different treatment methods on clinical efficacy was discussed.Results After treatment,the Cleveland constipation score(CCS)and patient assessment of constipation quality of life(PAC-QOL)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application combined with auricular acupuncture in patients with constipation after cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type had definite therapeutic effects.关键词
