The Application of Thinking Collision Method in Short Lectures of Clinical Teaching of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of"thinking collision method"in short lectures of clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion,in order to improve the theoretical basis,acupuncture and moxibustion operation and clinical comprehensive ability of acupuncture and moxibustion interns.Methods A total of 124 interns in Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Luzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 62 cases in each group.The experimental group applied the"thinking collision method"teaching mode,and the control group applied the traditional short lectures mode.After class,the students'teaching satisfaction was investigated,and the acupuncture and moxibustion theory and operation were evaluated after the practice.Results After the internship,the scores of theoretical and operational examinations in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with mini lectures in the experimental group was markedly superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the"thinking collision method"teaching mode in the clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion could improve the interns'theoretical performance,operation performance and clinical comprehensive ability,and achieved better teaching effect.关键词
