基于数据挖掘技术分析古籍中照海的临床应用
Analysis on Clinical Application of Zhaohai(KI6)in Ancient Medical Books Based on Data Mining Technology

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical application rules of Zhaohai(KI6)in ancient medical books,including its indicated conditions,point combinations,and manipulation methods,using data mining techniques.Methods Relevant entries containing"Zhaohai(KI6)"or"Yinqiao"were retrieved from Chinese Medical Canon.A database was established using Excel 2021,and data analysis was performed using SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0.Results A total of 586 entries were included.Zhaohai(KI6)alone was indicated for 52 diseases across 8 medical categories,including 18 predominant conditions.In combination with other points,it was indicated for 124 diseases across 10 categories,including 32 predominant conditions.Association rule analysis revealed that Zhaohai(KI6)has the closest correlation with Lieque(LU7),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Taichong(LR3).Cluster analysis identified 5 high-frequency point combination groups.Besides routine needling,11 other application and adjunct methods were recorded,among which moxa-wool moxibustion is the most frequent,with 11 different moxa-wool moxibustion dosage specifications.Both reinforcing and reducing techniques were mentioned,along with 4 needling depths and 3 durations of needle retention.Conclusion The results comprehensively revealed the indications,compatibility rules and clinical operation characteristics of Zhaohai(KI6)recorded in traditional Chinese medical ancient books,which provide reference and guidance for the clinical application of Zhaohai(KI6)in treatment.关键词
