电针联合八段锦功法治疗产后腰痛临床观察
Electroacupuncture Combined with Baduanjin in the Treatment of Postpartum Low Back Pain

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with Baduanjin on postpartum low back pain(PLBP)and its influence on core muscles.Methods From March 2025 to October 2025,56 patients with PLBP treated at the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled and randomly assigned to a treatment group or a control group,with 28 cases in each group.Both groups received health education about PLBP.The control group received Baduanjin alone,whereas the treatment group received electroacupuncture combined with Baduanjin.Patients in both groups were evaluated using the numerical rating scale(NRS),oswestry disability index(ODI),active straight leg raise(ASLR)fatigue test,and pressure biofeedback unit(PBU)test.Results After treatment,both groups showed a marked reduction in NRS and ODI scores compared with baseline(P<0.001),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ASLR fatigue duration and the PBU decrease value increased significantly in both groups after treatment(P<0.001),and both measures in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with Baduanjin could effectively alleviate pain,enhance lumbar function,and improve daily living quality in PLBP patients.The mechanism might be associated with improving the function of core stabilizing muscles.关键词
