小柴朴汤治疗感染后咳嗽临床观察
Xiaochaipo Decoction in treating Post-infectious Cough
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Xiaochaipo decoction in treating post-infectious cough of phlegm-dampness obstructing lung type.Methods One hundred and two patients with post-infection cough in Fengze Subdistrict Community Health Service Center of Fengze District from June 2022 to June 2025 were randomly divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases).The control group was treated with compound Methoxyphenamine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaochaipo decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,cough onset time,cough symptom score,cough visual analogue scale(VAS)score,simple cough scale(CET)score,Leicester cough quality of life questionnaire(LCQ),serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6 were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,cough symptom score,VAS score,CET score,serum TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the onset time of cough was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the LCQ score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaochaipo decoction could effectively relieve clinical symptoms,alleviate inflammatory responses in patients with post-infectious cough of phlegm-dampness obstructing the lung type,thereby improving their quality of life,which does not increase adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
