基于循经透刺法针刺联合正骨手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效分析
Efficacy Analysis of Acupuncture Based on Meridian Penetration Needling Method Combined with Osteopathic Manipulation in the Treatment of Lateral Epicondylitis of the Humerus

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of"meridian penetration needling method"combined with osteopathic manipulation in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis of the humerus.Methods Seventy patients with lateral epicondylitis of the humerus at Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine and Department of Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Rehabilitation of Shangcheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly allocated into a treatment group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group received"meridian penetration needling method"combined with osteopathic manipulation,while the control group received conventional acupuncture combined with tuina manipulation.The changes in visual analogue scale(VAS)score,tennis elbow function scale(TEFS)score and pain-free grip force(PFG)score in the two groups of patients before treatment,after treatment,and at 12 weeks after the end of the course of treatment were observed.Results After treatment and at 12 weeks after the treatment course,the VAS and TEFS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while the PFG score was higher than that in the control group,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving patients'VAS and PFG scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of"meridian penetration needling method"and osteopathic manipulation in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis of the humerus could effectively alleviate pain,improve elbow joint function,and enhance grip strength.Its clinical efficacy is superior to that of conventional acupuncture combined with tuina manipulation.关键词
