针灸治疗排卵障碍性不孕Meta分析
Meta-analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Ovulatory Dysfunctional Infertility

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility(ODI),and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical practice.Methods Using the Cochrane systematic review method,randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of ODI published from the establishment of the databases to June 2025 were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,and Cochrane Library,and literature screening,quality evaluation,and data extraction were conducted.Results A total of 15 RCTs involving 1 071 patients were included.The meta-analysis results showed that the acupuncture and moxibustion group significantly outperformed the control group in multiple outcome indicators,including overall efficacy rate,mature follicle diameter,endometrial thickness,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion demonstrated significant effects in enhancing ovulation function,improving endometrial environment,and increasing pregnancy rates,making it an effective treatment for ODI.However,more high-quality studies are needed to further validate its efficacy and safety.关键词
