河西灌区大西洋马铃薯水肥耦合效应研究
Study on the Coupling Effects of Water and Fertilizer on Atlantic Potatoes in the Hexi Irrigation Area

Abstract
To clarify the optimal drip fertigation regime for the main processing potato cultivar'Atlantic'in the Hexi Corridor and improve resource use efficiency,a two-factor randomized complete block design was conducted with 3 irrigation levels,namely 2 400 m3/ha,3 000 m3/ha,and 3 600 m3/ha,and 3 fertilization levels,namely low fertilizer level(N 108.00 kg/ha,P2O5 171.00 kg/ha,and K2O 144.00 kg/ha),medium fertilizer level(N 144.00 kg/ha,P2O5 228.00 kg/ha,and K2O 192.00 kg/ha),and high fertilizer level(N 180.00 kg/ha,P2O5 285.00 kg/ha,and K2O 240.00 kg/ha).The study systematically evaluated the effects of different water-fertilizer combinations on potato growth,yield,and tuber quality.Results showed that emergence rate ranged from 99.8%to 100.0%across treatments,indicating minimal effects of water and fertilizer treatments at the emergence stage.Within the tested gradients,plant height,leaf area index,and aboveground biomass generally increased with increasing water and fertilizer inputs.Among the treat-ments,irrigation at 3 600 m3/ha combined with the medium fertilizer level produced the best vegetative growth,with a plant height of 56.33 cm,leaf area index of 4.11,and aboveground biomass of 56.97 g/plant.Analysis of variance indicated that both irrigation and fer-tilization significantly affected yield and its components:high irrigation favored increased tuber number per plant,whereas moderate ir-rigation combined with high fertilization improved tuber weight per plant and marketable tuber rate.Under irrigation at 3 000 m3/ha combined with the high fertilizer level,tuber weight per plant was 0.54 kg,the marketable tuber rate was 86.23%,and the equivalent yield was 52 675.00 kg/ha,indicating superior performance.In terms of quality,the highest tuber starch content and vitamin C content were observed under irrigation at 3 000 m3/ha combined with the high fertilizer level,reaching 184.9 g/kg and 188.0 mg/kg,respective-ly.However,compared with low and medium irrigation levels,high irrigation significantly reduced tuber dry matter content.Compre-hensive analysis indicated that irrigation at 3 000 m3/ha combined with the high fertilizer level,namely N 180.00 kg/ha,P2O5 285.00 kg/ha,and K2O 240.00 kg/ha,was identified as the optimal water-fertilizer regime under the experimental conditions,providing a refer-ence for high-yield and high-quality production and precise fertigation management of processing potatoes in the Hexi Corridor.关键词
