Differentiation and treatment of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head based on the theory of latent pathogenic factors
摘要
Abstract
The epidemiological characteristics,etiology,pathological mechanism,and clinical manifestations of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head align with the pathogenic characteristics of latent pathogenic fac-tors,indicating a close relationship between the disease and latent pathogenic factors.Therefore,guided by the theory of latent pathogenic factors and based on classical Chinese medicine,modern medicine,and clinical medication,this study analyzes steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head from the perspectives of latent wind,latent phlegm,latent dampness,and latent blood stasis.It clarifies the patterns of disease onset,explores the relationship between the theory of latent pathogenic factors and this condition,thereby refining the traditional Chinese medicine treatment for steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head and expanding the clinical application of the theory of latent pathogenic factors.关键词
