Intervention of ZHENG's Qingxin Anshen Formula(清心安神方)in high-risk individuals of stroke with phlegm-fire disturbing heart:an elaboration of its essence
摘要
Abstract
Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)principle of"treating disease before its onset",this paper focuses on"phlegm-fire disturbing the heart"—a pivotal pathogenic mechanism underlying stroke,and explores the clinical value of professor ZHENG Kuishan's Qingxin Anshen Formula(清心安神方)in the early in-tervention of high-risk populations.By analyzing the pathogenesis characteristics of"root deficiency and branch ex-cess,dynamically intertwined"in high-risk individuals predisposed to"phlegm-fire disturbing the heart"induced stroke,the paper systematically elucidates the rationale behind the formula's herbal compatibility and the core ope-rational principles of its distinctive"cooling and reducing"technique.Through its integrated therapeutic actions—including clearing and draining heart fire,regulating qi flow and resolving phlegm,and harmonizing the heart and kidney,the Qingxin Anshen Formula enables early intervention targeting the initiating pathogenic factor:"disruption of qi and blood circulation".Its underlying mechanisms may involve multi-target regulatory effects,such as modula-tion of the neuro-endocrine-immune network and improvement of vascular endothelial function.The expanded appli-cation of this formula in stroke prevention not only embodies fundamental TCM therapeutic principles—namely,"treating different diseases with the same method"and"addressing the root cause in disease management",but also offers a distinctive theoretical framework and a practical clinical pathway for acupuncture and moxibustion in the primary prevention of cerebrovascular diseases.关键词
