《伤寒论》"心阳虚三方"治疗新型冠状病毒感染后心悸探析
Analysis of the treatment of palpitations after COVID-19 with the"three formulas for heart-yang deficiency"from Treatise on Febrile Diseases

Abstract
This paper analyzes the onset mechanism of palpitations after COVID-19 and its etiology and patho-genesis in traditional Chinese medicine.It concludes that yang injury caused by improper treatment is the primary etiology of this disease.Three classical formulas recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,namely Guizhi Gancao Tang,Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Tang,and Guizhi Qu Shaoyao Jia Shuqi Muli Longgu Jiuni Tang,all exert the effects of warming,regulating and tonifying heart yang.Among them,Guizhi Gancao Tang mainly warms yang and re-plenishes qi,while the other two prescriptions focus on recuperating yang to rescue collapse and heavily tranquilizing the mind.The three formulas can effectively relieve the primary and accompanying symptoms in patients with palpi-tations after COVID-19.Exploring the therapeutic value and connotation of classical prescriptions in the intervention of late complications and sequelae of infectious diseases can provide new approaches for the treatment of similar diseases.关键词
