中药调控溃疡性结肠炎相关信号通路研究进展
Research progress on the regulation of ulcerative colitis-related signal pathways by traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically reviews the regulatory mechanisms of five key signaling pathways implica-ted in ulcerative colitis(UC),namely Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),Toll-like receptors(TLRs)/nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB),Wnt/β-catenin,and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT).It summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)targeting these pathways to intervene in UC from the perspectives of single herbs and active ingredients,as well as TCM compound prescriptions.It is clear that TCM mainly exerts therapeutic effects by inhibiting inflammatory responses,repairing intestinal mucosal barriers,regulating immune homeostasis,and improving intestinal microecology.In light of the current research status,it is pointed out that there are still problems such as insufficient overall research on compound prescriptions,unclear cross-regulation mechanisms of pathways,lack of clinical research evidence,and incomplete evaluation systems for therapeutic effects.In the future,systematic research on the correlation between"disease-syndrome-prescription"should be further carried out,the regulatory network among pathways should be deeply explored,multi-center large-sample clinical trials should be conducted,and standardized evaluation systems for therapeutic effects and safety should be established.This will provide theoretical references for the mechanism research and new drug development of TCM in the prevention and treatment of UC,and promote the clinical transformation of basic research results.关键词
