摘要
Abstract
In response to the practical issues of traditional seed storage relying on temperature and humidity control while lacking efficient controlled atmosphere technology, this paper designed a seed storage gas mixing system based on mass flow control. The aim was to achieve precise regulation and automatic feedback adjustment of CO2 and N2 concentrations in the warehouse. The core of the system consistd of a mass flow gas proportion mixer,a gas detection module, and a PLC control system.Sensors were used to collect real-time gas parameters inside the warehouse, and the controller adjusts the gas concentration by controlling the gas flow based on the collected data.Using rice seeds and typical warehouse pests(Sitophilus oryzae and Tribolium castaneum)as research subjects, controlled atmosphere experiments were conducted under two temperature conditions:5~8℃and 15~18℃.The system performance and the effects of controlled atmosphere parameters on pest mortality and seed germination rate were systematically validated. The experimental results showed that the system's gas mixing accuracy error does not exceed 1.68%,and the oxygen displacement rate was at least 93%.Under 15~18℃conditions,a gas mixture of 98%N2+15%CO2 applied for 168 hours resulted in over 95%mortality for Tribolium castaneum and 100%mortality for Sitophilus oryzae. After short-term controlled atmosphere treatment, the germination rate of rice seeds remained above 94%,showing no significant difference compared to conventional storage methods.关键词
