交叉型D-A结构发光材料的设计及其OLED性能研究
Design and Properties of Cross-Type Donor-Acceptor Luminescent Materials and Their OLED Performances

Abstract
This study designed two cross-shaped D-A type organic fluorescent emitters,TR1TZ and TR1BZ,featuring carbazole as the donor unit with structurally distinct acceptors,and fabricated doped OLED devices using CBP and DPEPO as emissive layer hosts to characterize device efficiency and electroluminescence spectra for preliminary application exploration.In CBP-hosted devices,the TR1TZ-based emitter achieved a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 0.89%in the blue region while TR1BZ exhibited 0.98%EQE in the sky-blue region;in DPEPO-hosted devices,TR1TZ reached 3.72%EQE in the yellow-green region whereas TR1BZ showed 1.03%EQE in the sky-blue region.Notably,voltage-dependent self-regulation of CIE coordinates occurred due to exciplex emission involvement:the TR1TZ/DPEPO system shifted electroluminescence from yellow-green to cool white,while the TR1BZ/CBP system transitioned from blue-green to sky-blue emission.关键词
