Synthesis and Property of Novel Fluorenyl-Carbazole Macrocyclic Compounds

Abstract
A novel fluorenylcarbazole macrocyclic compound(Th-CzJB-Grid)was successfully synthesized using 1,3-dibromobenzene,9-fluorenone,and 9H-carbazole as raw materials.The synthesis involved a Grignard reaction to prepare the bifluorenediol intermediate(DFJBDOH),followed by a room-temperature Friedel-Crafts cyclization reaction.The structure of the compound was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(δ 11.3 ppm carbazole N-H characteristic peak),mass spectrometry(measured molecular weight 1709.593),and single-crystal X-ray diffraction(cavity size 9 Å,molecular dimensions 21.186 Å×13.334 Å×16.056 Å).The compound exhibited significant ultraviolet absorption peaks at 305,336 and 352 nm,along with blue light emission at 365 and 380 nm.Additionally,Th-CzJB-Grid demonstrated specific fluorescence quenching responses to acetate(AcO⁻),nitrate(NO3⁻),perchlorate(ClO4⁻),and iodide(I⁻),highlighting its excellent anion recognition capabilities.This research provides new insights into the development of multifunctional organic optoelectronic materials,with potential applications in flexible electronics and sensing technologies.关键词
