Practical Challenges and Optimization Pathways of Digital Intelligence Empowerment in Discipline Inspection and Supervision

Abstract
In recent years,digital disciplinary inspection and supervision has gradually become a new trend and requirement in the field of disciplinary inspection and supervision work.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the need to integrate digital and intelligent technologies into all aspects of disciplinary inspection and supervision,leveraging technology to empower the work at the plenary sessions of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.A series of strategic measures have been implemented to strengthen the development of the digital disciplinary inspection and supervision system,creating a new landscape for disciplinary inspection and supervision efforts.As a key component of the digital disciplinary inspection and supervision system,the empowerment of disciplinary inspection and supervision through digital and intelligent technologies faces challenges.The process of such empowerment is susceptible to influences from technological application,organizational adaptation,and external environments.Notably,digital and intelligent technologies struggle to effectively empower disciplinary inspection and supervision,leading to issues such as technical detachment,intensified tensions between digital rules and organizational operational logic that heighten organizational barriers,as well as constraints on technological empowerment imposed by technical standards and policies.To enhance the quality and efficiency of digital and intelligent empowerment in disciplinary inspection and supervision,it is essential to activate supervisory vitality through technological integration,improve supervisory effectiveness via organizational adaptation,and achieve sustained empowerment by optimizing the external environment,thereby continuously elevating the capabilities and standards of disciplinary inspection and supervision.关键词
