Dilemma and Pathway of Rural Digital Civilization Construction During the"15th Five-Year Plan"Period
摘要
Abstract
As a new stage in the development of human civilization,digital civilization is deeply inte-grated with the rural revitalization strategy to form a rural digital civilization.Against the backdrop of the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,the connotation of rural digital civilization is systematically defined,including four core dimensions:digital material civilization,digital spiritual civilization,digital institutional civilization,and digital ecological civilization.During the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,the construction of rural digital civilization faces multiple challenges,such as insufficiently inclusive digital infrastructure,uneven digital lit-eracy among villagers,incomplete digital governance rules,and the absence of a green digital development model,etc.Therefore,during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,efforts should be made to promote inclu-sive digital infrastructure,enhance villagers'digital literacy,improve digital governance rules,and cultivate a green digital development model,to strengthen the construction of rural digital civilization.关键词
