黄芪保心汤联合"新四联"疗法治疗气阴两虚血瘀型射血分数降低的心力衰竭临床研究
Clinical study of Huangqi Baoxin Decoction combined with the"new quadruple therapy"for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction of qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Baoxin Decoction combined with the"new quadruple therapy"in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF)and qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 64 patients with HFrEF and qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis syndrome who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of Xuzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly assigned to a control group and a treatment group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group received the"new quadruple therapy,"while the treatment group received oral Huangqi Baoxin Decoction on the basis of the control group treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)score,6-minute walk distance,N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),adverse reactions(liver and kidney function,diarrhea,abdominal distension,and rash),and cardiac function efficacy.Results After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and MLHFQ scores decreased in both groups compared with baseline(P<0.05),while 6-minute walk distance increased(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and MLHFQ scores were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma IL-6,hs-CRP,and NT-proBNP levels decreased in both groups compared with baseline(P<0.05),whereas LVEF increased in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in IL-6,hs-CRP,NT-proBNP,or LVEF(P>0.05).Rank-sum test analysis showed no significant difference in cardiac function efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in AST,ALT,Cr,or BUN levels(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in either group during treatment or follow-up.Conclusion Huangqi Baoxin Decoction combined with the"new quadruple therapy"can improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in patients with HFrEF of qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis,enhance quality of life,and provide favorable clinical efficacy with good safety.关键词
