化痰祛瘀散结方治疗痰瘀互结型甲状腺结节临床观察及对血清白细胞介素1β、白细胞介素6的影响
Clinical observation of Huatan Quyu Sanjie Formula in the treatment of thyroid nodules with phlegm-blood stasis and its effects on serum interleukin-1β and interleukin-6

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Quyu Sanjie Formula in treating thyroid nodules(TN)with phlegm-blood stasis and its effects on serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels.Methods A total of 62 patients with benign simple TN with phlegm-blood stasis who attended the Endocrinology Outpatient Department of Tongling Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected and randomly assigned,using a random number table,to a control group and a treatment group,with 31 patients in each group.The control group received basic treatment,including an iodized-salt diet and appropriate exercise.The treatment group received Huatan Quyu Sanjie Formula in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The treatment duration was 3 months for both groups.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,thyroid function,anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),anti-thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),IL-1β,IL-6 levels,TN number,and maximum TN diameter were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 77.42%(24/31)in the treatment group and 29.03%(9/31)in the control group(P<0.05),with a significantly higher total effective rate in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group showed lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,anti-TPOAb,anti-TGAb,serum IL-1β,and IL-6 levels,as well as smaller maximum TN diameter and fewer TNs,compared with both its pre-treatment values and the post-treatment values of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant between-group or within-group differences in free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),or thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)levels before or after treatment in either group(P>0.05).Conclusion Huatan Quyu Sanjie Formula can alleviate clinical symptoms in patients with TN with phlegm-blood stasis,reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,decrease TN diameter and number,and lower serum anti-TPOAb,anti-TGAb,IL-1β,and IL-6 levels.关键词
