Fault-tolerant control method for electric vehicle drive motor position sensor failure
摘要
Abstract
Failure of the position sensor in the drive system seriously compromises driver and passenger safety.To address this issue,a fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control strategy for the medium-to high-speed range was pro-posed.System faults were identified by comparing estimated and measured rotor states.Following sensor failure,an adaptive sliding mode observer was designed to maintain stable control of the drive system,thereby achieving fault-tolerant operation.Simulations were conducted using Matlab/Simulink to verify the proposed method.The results demonstrate that the adaptive sliding mode observer achieves high estimation accuracy,effectively suppresses chattering caused by conventional sliding mode observers,enhances the reliability of the fault-tolerant control system,and significantly improves the safety performance of electric vehicle driving.关键词
