摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the lubrication failure and abnormal vibration of ship water-lubricated bearings under journal tilt and local heavy-load conditions,a mixed lubrication model for water-lubricated bearings with a large aspect ratio was es-tablished considering journal tilt,a method for solving the 16 dynamic characteristic coefficients was derived,and the numerical model was validated by experiments and simulations.The effects of journal tilt angle and eccentricity on the lubrication performance and dynamic characteristics of water-lubricated bearings were investigated.The results show that increasing both tilt angle and eccentricity leads to increased stiffness.When the tilt angle exceeds 0.03 mrad,the increase in radial stiffness diminishes,while bending stiffness continues to increase and damping remains almost unchanged.Under the same operating conditions,misalignment reduces the minimum water film thickness and causes excessive local water film pressure.Compared with aligned conditions,misalignment results in greater increases in stiff-ness and damping at higher eccentricities.These findings provide a reference for optimizing the lubrication performance design of water-lubricated bearings.
