合成菌群在植物调控中的应用研究进展
Research progress on the application of synthetic microbial communities in plant regulation
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes the characteristics and construction strategies of synthetic microbial communities("top-down""bottom-up"and"integrated approaches"),and reviews their functions(promoting plant growth,controlling diseases,and resisting abiotic stress)and mechanisms of action(stable root colonization,metabolic flux balance,and induction of stress resistance)in plant regula-tion.Currently,synthetic microbial communities still face challenges such as complex structures,dif-ficult colonization,and production difficulties.Future research needs to deeply integrate multi-omics,artificial intelligence,and synthetic biology tools,to construct multi-trophic microbial communities through ecological network analysis and machine learning,and to promote the transition of synthetic microbial communities from"empirical combinations"to"rational design".关键词
