Consensus of Henan Experts on Integrative Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids During Pregnancy(2026 Edition)
摘要
Abstract
This consensus systematically elaborates on the pathogenesis,classification,clinical manifestations,examination and evalua-tion,treatment principles,and integrative medicine treatment scheme for mixed hemorrhoids during pregnancy,emphasizing the princi-ples of"safety first,staged intervention,and multidisciplinary collaboration".Western medicine believes its occurrence is related to pregnancy compression and changes in hormone levels,while traditional Chinese medicine considers its pathogenesis related to unstable fetal Yuan Qi,downward flow of Damp-Heat,and disharmony of Qi and blood.Treatment follows a stepwise model of conservative,pharmacological,and surgical interventions.The integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment plan based on non-drug interven-tions includes dietary adjustment,internal and external application of Chinese medicine,symptomatic treatment with Western medicine,and physical therapy.Surgical intervention is limited to severe complications where conservative treatment is ineffective.This consensus aims to provide clinical scientific,standardized,and practical diagnostic and treatment reference.关键词
