Therapeutic Effect of He Acupoints on Yang Meridian on Spastic Hemiplegia from Stroke Based on"Five Ti Theory-Muscle Disease"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Spastic hemiplegia,as a common sequela of stroke,in the Five Ti differentiation and treatment system,is located in the ten-dons,with"tendon dysfunction"as the root cause.Therefore,treatment should start with"tendon regulating".He acupoint on Yang me-ridian,as an important unit in acupuncture treatment,can precisely target post-stroke hemiplegia through their unique"tendon regula-ting"effects.They help relax the tendons,improve circulation of Qi and blood,and thus enhance patients' clinical symptoms and prog-nosis.Therefore,treatment of spastic hemiplegia can be focused on He acupoint on Yang meridia to simplify clinical application.Clini-cally,He acupoint on Yang meridia can be used as pairing units,with adjustments made through matching acupoints of Biao and Li paired meridians as well as He acupoints with the same meridian names,forming acupuncture prescriptions that are comprehensive but not complicated,achieving precise treatment and better results.关键词
