动态时空节律视角下经筋病的诊疗策略
A New Interpretation of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Strategies for Meridian Collateral Diseases from the Perspective of Dynamic Spatiotemporal Rhythm

Abstract
The perspective of time and space plays a key role in the diagnosis and treatment of jingjin(meridian sinew)disorders,pro-viding doctors with a clear"map of the Latitude and Longitude".When applying jingjin theory,practitioners need to go beyond local forms and analyze the dynamic changes of time and space,combining pulse diagnosis,observation,inquiry,and palpation to comprehen-sively assess the timing and spatial layers of diseases.In this way,they can achieve"full coverage of the meridians and reaching wherev-er needed".Integrating traditional Chinese jingjin theory with modern spatiotemporal medicine brings a dynamic time-space perspec-tive into the prevention,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis management of jingjin disorders,helping to rule out"false positive"pain signs and some unclear pain,swelling,or adhesions,and accurately locate jingjin lesions.This innovative"dynamic time-space"diag-nostic and therapeutic approach breaks the traditional model of simply targeting local pain points,offering new scientific support for clin-ical treatment of jingjin disorders and advancing the development of jingjin theory.关键词
