基于"肝左升,肺右降"论治非酒精性脂肪性肝炎
Treatment of Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis Based on"Liver Qi Ascending on Left and Lung Qi Descending on Right"
摘要
Abstract
The causes and syndromes of Heat-Toxin,Phlegm-Dampness,and grease in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)are related to the fatty liver and fibrosis changes in modern medicine.In Jin Gui Yao Lue,the idea of"treating the Liver disease from per-spective of Lung"was first proposed,highlighting that the ascending of liver Qi and descending of Lung Qi is crucial for maintaining smooth Qi flow in the body,so Liver disease is closely related to Lung Qi imbalance.In theory of"harmony of the Zang and Fu",it is believed that all Zang and Fu are interconnected and interdependent,forming an integrated system.The Lung-Intestine-Liver axis re-presents the interconnection between the Lung,Intestines and Liver,providing a theoretical basis for"treating the Liver disease from perspective of the Lung".In addition,focusing on the"Qi ascending from the left and Qi descending from the right"principle as a start-ing point to"treat the Liver disease via the Lung and Intestine"does not deny the importance of Liver treatment in NASH,but emphasi-zes the characteristics of"Liver excess"in the development and transformation of NASH.It's important to fully consider the Qi move-ment pattern of"Liver Qi ascending on the left,Lung Qi descending on the right"and combine it with the intercommunication of the Five Elements to use the Lung-Intestine-Liver axis for differential treatment.关键词
