傅金英从气虚血瘀论治宫腔残留的常用角药
Fu Jinying's Experience in Treating Intrauterine Residue from Perspective of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis and the Application of Jiao Medicines

Abstract
Intrauterine retention is a common severe and critical condition in obstetrics,which seriously harms the physical and mental health of patients and affects female reproductive function.Professor Fu Jinying believes that its main pathogenesis is Qi deficiency and blood stasis,classified as a syndrome of deficiency in root with excess in symptoms,and should be treated by tonifying Qi to transform stasis,while also strengthening and protecting the Spleen and Stomach.The following Jiao medicines are recommended:Huangqi(As-tragalus),Dangshen(Codonopsis),and Chaobaizhu(fried Atractylodes)to strengthen the Spleen and tonify Qi,and to generate and contrtol blood;Danggui(Angelica),Chuanxiong(Ligusticum wallichii),and Yimuchao(Leonurus)to promote Qi and activate blood,and to eliminate stasis and generate new blood;Jianghuang(Turmeric),Zicao(Lithospermum),and Tianhuafen(Radices trichosan-this)to clear Heat and cool blood,resolve and eliminate masses;Sanleng(Sparganium),Ezhu(Curcuma zedoary),and Paojiang(roasted Ginger)to break blood,promote Qi circulation,transform stasis and relieve pain;Houpo(Mangnolia officinalis),Muxiang(Aucklandia)and Chishao(Red peony)to strengthen the Spleen,promote Qi,disperse stasis,and relieve pain;Jineijin(Chicken giz-zard lining),Zhike(Fructus aurantii),and Fuling(Poria)to strengthen the Spleen and harmonize the Stomach,promote Qi,and re-lieve Middle Jiao distension;Suanzaoren(Spina date seed),Shouwuteng(Fleeceflower stem),and Fushen(Poria with hostwood)to tonify the Spleen and calm the mind,nourish blood and tranquilize the spirit;Wugong(Centipede),Yanhusuo(Corydalis tuber),and Zhigancao(honey-fried Licorice root)to resolve masses and stasis,disperse nodules,and relieve pain.The combined action of these herbs promotes the expulsion of intrauterine residues and aids in uterine recovery.关键词
